As a CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER, you will manage the Command Center with a customer, distributor and consumer centric approach to deliver an experience in end-to-end service interactions.
**Key Responsibilities**
- You will ensure the quality of service by providing omnichannel support that guarantees the response or solution to the customer, achieving negotiations and collaboration networks that help to improve response times.
- You will implement Continuous Improvement Processes in the different Service Areas, for a standardized model and agreement of the main processes of the Area to achieve results and indicators.
- You will manage human and material resources, detecting training needs and evaluating the requirements to develop staff competencies.
**Qualifications**
- Higher education: bachelor's degree
- Minimum five years in call center and customer service positions.
- 2+ years of experience as a team leader and in positions where a high level of communication and customer service is required.
