_**Education/ Experience**:_**High School diploma or GED****High English level****3+ years industrial customer service experience.****Experience with EDI, SIGIP and SAP systems strongly preferred.****Working knowledge of manufacturing systems.****Experience processing customer orders and releases and the ability to manage the supporting documentation.**- **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:_**Edits orders received for price and nomenclature.****Informs customer of unit prices, shipping dates, and additional information needed by customer****Data entry into computer.****Prints shipment documents and forwards to Customer Service Supervisor for review.****Records or files copy of orders received.****Prepares invoices and shipping documents.****Resolves service needs, questions and complaints by telephone or written correspondence through gathering, researching and analyzing information, and escalate unresolved issues to management as needed.****Maintains a calm and professional demeanor when handling demanding situations****Collaborates with production planners on the customer schedule changes and proactively communicates with both internal teams and customer on solutions.****Address issues that impact servicing our customers and seek resolution tactics.****Receives and checks customer complaints.****Assists in maintain IATF16949/ ISO9000 requirements within the department.****Performs other duties as needed or as directed by the Customer Service Supervisor and/or Logistics Manager.**Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 al mesHorario:- Lunes a viernesPrestaciones:- Seguro de gastos médicos- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro de vida- Servicio de comedor- Vales de despensaTipos de compensaciones:- Bono anual- Bono de asistencia- Bono de productividad- Bono de puntualidad- Bono mensualPuede trasladarse/mudarse:- Ramos Arizpe, Coah.: Trasladarse al trabajo sin problemas o planear mudarse antes de comenzar a trabajar (Obligatorio)Idioma:- Inglés (Deseable)
