**REQUIREMENTS**:- Minimum 1 year of Customer Service Experience- Bilingüe (English and Spanish)- Strong Comunication and Organizational Skills- Ability to thrive in a team-oriented work environment- Control of documented information (BBB Internal).**KNOWLEDGE IN**:- Product Knowledge- Data base management- Microsoft Office- Business Software programs- Intermediate Excel- Customer Orders and especial requests- Prepares customer service summary reports and metrics- Provide support of catalog, product, order, and part number cross reference inquiries to the customer satisfaction.- Utilize internal data and web-based systems to resolve and or provide correct information to customer.- Follow up all the requests received by the customer service reps. On any inquire, such a product requests, shipments, distributor search information, technical information about material and orders.- Resolve any emerging problem that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer complaint.- Communicate Customer Service/Technical Service/ Sales requests to the appropriate departments.- Request to all departments in the company answer as soon as possible the actions to respond our external customer in their requirements.- Inform about ETA and tracking numbers on orders, units, and components.- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.- Good communication at all levels English and Spanish.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: A partir de $16,000.00 al mesHorario:- Diurno- Turno de 10 horasIdioma:- Inglés (Deseable)Lugar de trabajo: Una ubicación
