**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or business administration
- 2 years' experience (demonstrated) related and understanding: direct handling of customer services and escalation path.
- SAP. Is a plus
- Bilingual Spanish-English (**A must)**

**Some of Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and register of new bookings.
- Monitor and register shipped orders from Stock location.
- Follow up with other departments (production-planning-QA) to reach the Leadtimes.
- Review with Corporate the orders in credit hold.
