It is also involved in maintaining a good interdepartmental relationship and with its client(s), exercising effective communication.- Hi/Her main activities are:- Manage and follow up on Customer rejections and claims, properly maintaining both physical and electronic records based on the Customer rejection management directive to comply with the closing of the complaint in a timely manner, as well as communicate changes in the process in time. to signature to clients.- Prepare 8Ds reports. Validate and follow up on the containment, corrective and preventive actions defined in the 8Ds process. Ensure non-recurrence of problems found in the 8Ds process.- Participate in the preparation and submission of APQP & PPAP documentation for customer approval, for new releases and / or engineering level changes. Cooperates in the preparation of the gate reviews with the client.- Know (through official trainings) and ensure that the CSR of their client(s) are implemented and fulfilled in the Focus Factory (For example for: Chrysler CQI-14, GM QSB, FORD requirements for Q1, SREA, WERS, etc.)- Ensure that any change in the CSRs is communicated
