The A&E Management Support Specialist (MER) will provide direct support to the Account & Event Management team (US) by assisting in various aspects of the business for the overall benefit of the company.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- Train and learn the business systems including, but not limited to, GTS, Slingshot, GTS scan and other necessary software- Researching of event information including dates, times, and locations via web search and client communication, as needed, utilizing pre-determined templates- Tracking campus and event status, including holidays and breaks- Work with field teams to ensure proper equipment and job bag shipments as well as pre-event confirmations- Ability to accurately and efficiently review grad images during the season, often in real time, and communicate details to the field team- Identification of grad public relations images for client viewing from events and sharing of pertinent post-event data with clients, as needed, utilizing pre-determined templates- Various payroll and expense processing functions- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assignedPosition Requirements:- Must be 90-100% fluent in English- Excellent phone skills required- Customer service/account management background preferred- Experience in similar position required- College degree preferred.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSalario: $15,300.00 al mesHorario:- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 8 horas- Turno matutinoPrestaciones:- Seguro de vida- Vales de despensaTipos de compensaciones:- Bono anual- Bono de asistencia- Bono de puntualidadPuede trasladarse/mudarse:- Mérida, Yuc.: Trasladarse al trabajo sin problemas o planear mudarse antes de comenzar a trabajar (Obligatorio)Idioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Una ubicación
