**Job brief**We are looking for a **Customer Service for financial services**What does a **Customer Service for financial services** do?A **Customer Service for financial services**, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency, to provide customer assistance working from home or in-plant based in Monterrey.**Responsibilities**:- Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls- Generate sales leads- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools- Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies- Take the extra mile to engage customers**Qualifications**:- High school diploma or GED (might be unfinished)- Excellent verbal and communication skills, B1H/B2 English proficiency- Basic PC keyboarding skills: basic Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) experience required- Call Center Experience not needed but preferable, min 1 year experience on Customer Service, 6 months experience on baking/finance tech industry- Schedule availability**Salary & Benefits**:- Salary up to $16,800 MXN per month- $2,000 Performance Bonus- $2,000 Training Bonus- 2 Days off- Food coupons- Life medical insurance- Permanent placement position / Direct hire**Salary**: $14,000.00 - $16,800.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- Monterrey, N. L.: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Experience**:- Customer Service: 1 year (required)- Call Center: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- English (required)Work Location: One location
