Customer Service For The Manufacturing Industry

**Customer Service Representative****What you'll do**:- Meet with new accounts in the onboarding process and start an ongoing working relationship- Provide "white glove service" to assigned clients- Maintain existing account relationships through weekly/biweekly meetings designed to be proactive with account concerns or issues- Assist with importation documents and work with brokers along with our import/export team for incoming and outgoing shipments- Determining the quickest, most effective ways to answer a client's or customer's questions- Effectively direct, coordinate, and follow-up unresolved issues with different departments if needed- Monitor account activity such as orders, inventory, shipping, and more- Order Processing/ MangementAcount follow up**What you'll need**:- Experience in the customer service field- Ability to learn software systems- Strong empathy for Merchants and a passion for revenue and growth- Strong attention to detail and high-level organizational skills are a must- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills- The ability to take initiative and use critical thinking to solve problems- Experience working with warehouses, e-commerce, or logistics is a plus- Knowledge in CRM systems such as Sales-Force, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics among others.**Schedule****Monday - Friday from 7am till 5pm.**- **Located in front of Plaza Sendero within Los Nogales industrial park**_- **(Tijuana - Rosarito 2000 Corridor) **_- **Or **_- **Parque Industrial El Bajio, Los Olivos 6500-Int. 1-F, 21503 Tecate, B.C.**_Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $1.00 - $2.00 al mesIdioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
