****YOUR ROLE**:- A Customer Service Office representative deals with customer needs as first point of contact- Strives for excellent customer service delivery- Is responsible for Key Accounts / Customers- Maintains detailed and up-to-date knowledge of the company's products and service- Follows up incidents during logistics with customers**YOUR SKILLS**:- At least 3 years of experience in Customer Service, ideally in Logistics- Experience in being the direct contact with the customer and problem solving skills- Advanced English level (Able to have a fluid conversation)- Previous experience working for Customer Experience, Retention, and Satisfaction- SAP Order Management / Oracle orHenkel is an equal opportunity employer.
