Your role as a Customer Service will include, but not be limited to the following:- Provide excellent customer service to our clients by contacting our Support Center via phone line, chat, and/or any other contact method established.- Answer questions and address any problems raised by our clients.- Keep records of clients' interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions, are taken.- Precise follow-up skills for inquiries needing additional details to take to completion.- Report any tools & access-related issues of the Company App.**Requirements**:- Bachelors Degree- 3-5 years of experience in Telecomunications level Team Lead or Supervisor (No Agents)- 2 years of experience in customer service- 2 years of experience in Back Office- Experience in sector Service Desk- Attention to details- Being autonomus- Problem Solver- Goals Focus- Aviability to work on weekends and holidays.**Benefits**- Insurance of major medical expenses (Sum assured $20,000,000.00 MXN)- Life insurance (Death and MXN Disability)- Eight Days of vacation per year, with prior approval from your manager, plus three floating holidays in addition to the seven official Holidays in Mexico.- 30 days of Christmas bonus- Cell Phone Reimbursement- Transportation Allowance
