**Your Role**Aptiv is seeking a Customer Service Lead to join our team in Linares, Nuevo León. In this role will manage client orders respecting established commitment dates, establishing a successful relationship with the internal team and external customers aimed at continuous improvement culture.- Customer Service- Review and meet established delivery deadlines with clients- Communication with internal team and external customers- Review customer placement orders- Waterfall Analysis- Release Coverage Coordination- Main Coordinator for Customer Updates- PF Control / CR Follow-UpPortals Monitoring / Follow-Up- Escalation Process on Delivery Risks- Idocs Process Follow-Up- ASN Correct Transmission Follow-Up- Debits Control & Follow-Up**Your Background**Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:- Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Electronics or Industrial Engineering- English Fluent- Lives continues improvement culture- Proven experience with automotive OEM customers- Customer Portal's knowledge.- Strong leadership guiding towards team success- ERP-SAP Deep Knowledge- Effective communications skills- Deep understanding of PC&L functions**Why join us?**- **You can grow at Aptiv. **Aptiv provides an inclusive work environment where all individuals can grow and develop, regardless of gender, ethnicity or beliefs.- **You can have an impact **.
