As a customer service manager, you will lead and supervise your team through change management processes to achieve the evolution and implementation of vanguard technology digital channels, processes end to end, operational systems, productive structure, and integral information flow to provide an excellent service to our customers. You will also ensure that command center exceed quality standards and bring the support to omnichannel strategy. You will report to the customer service global director.
**Main Responsibilities.**
- Attention and relationship with our dealers and final consumers through contact center management and transform it in an omnichannel command center.
- Manage performance indicators to guarantee service offer to our customers.
- Manage team of customer service professionals based in value and code of ethic achieving a high team engagement.
- Work between areas, leadership by process end to end and give support to omnichannel strategy through communication digital channels.
- Evolve the contact center to take it to another level that generates value for our clients supported by modern technology, end-to-end processes and solid leadership for the team that manages.
**Qualifications.**
- BA degree with generally 8-10 years related experience, approximately 1-3 of which is in a manager level role.
- Experience service contact centers is a must, leading transforming projects.
- Handle PBX (switches and digital channels) IVR, CTI (telephony integration) CRM (salesforce), ERP, SAP and ORACLE. It is desirable to have implemented any of the above.
- English proficiency, able to maintain proficient and fluent business conversations.
- Leadership and numerical skills.
