As Customer Service Pricing you will work under general management, undertakes pre
- and post-sales technical support including commissioning, installation, testing and maintenance service to customers. Help with the coordination, investigates, and recommend new business tools for users.
You will report to GBS Lead, you will work at our office in Queretaro #LI-Hybrid.
**Main Responsibilities**
- Have a wide understanding of the performed process, understanding in's and out's holistically, along with the full error impact
- Indicates process gaps and process enhancements - takes part as a junior consultant providing input in the BPI project for the same
- Solve non-typical cases basing on his/hers own knowledge, local documents and other responsibilities support
- Approach and provides support for internal and external clients to resolve issues and queries (in/outside his/hers scope)
- Work independently under limited supervision
- Promote PPG Way values and changes coming from local management and endorse the same
- Accomplish complex reports & evaluations
- Participate in operational projects
- Load approved prices for each customer/product upon request promptly ( into Oracle)
- Build monthly reports for SOX compliance (accuracy of data loaded, approval tracking, manual price override report)
- Extract price lists upon requests (from sales, business, product managers, other responsibilities)
- Respond to internal auditor questions.
- Create multiple reports (upon request) for different partners
- Conduct preliminary review of various price hold reports (price mismatch, missing price & margin hold)
**Qualifications**
- Professional degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Accounting, Finance or similar.
- 1 - 2 years' experience working in similar roles, areas.
- Self-motivated and team player.
- Proficient in use of MS Office suite.
- Advance English level 85%+
- Fast learner & nimble learning.
- Good communications skills.
