**Job Purpose**:
Capture and disseminate customer needs through close contact with each of the Customer Services. Communicate their requirements by creating, coordinating and managing production plans that ensure the timely supply of all materials used in the line, in order to avoid production stoppages and late deliveries to customers, ensuring that they comply with the internal requirements of the customer, the Corporate and the IATF 16949 Standard, ISO 14001, ISO 45001.
**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:
Capture and disseminate the needs of the Clients through close contact with each one of them so that they are transformed into internal requirements, attended with quality and opportunity to achieve the satisfaction of the Client.
Ensure Customer Satisfaction
Communicate customer requirements to the entire organization
Keep the Client informed about the status of their requirements.
Analyze customer demand.
Preparation of shipping programs
- Report the requirements of your production lines to the entire organization on a daily, weekly, monthly and annual basis.
- Analyze the requirement in the production lines, in order to timely identify any modification (increase or decrease) that may affect the on-time delivery of orders.
- Optimal preparation of the production plan in each production line/area.
- Development of production programs for peripheral areas (Mazak, Toyodas and Cortadora)
