Your mission

A Customer Service Professional acts as the primary point of contact for customers regarding the status of their orders.
This role is crucial in ensuring a seamless customer experience by managing the order-to-cash process and contributing significantly to overall customer satisfaction.
A customer support daily job includes.
- Your approach to organizing and planning the conversion of order quotes and place purchase orders to the different production Alfa Laval factories across the world for key global customers (Order fulfillment, Ordering Equipment, Monitoring cost, Warehousing, Order Shipping, Customer Invoicing, control and follow up Inmex program).
- Your follow up discipline to ensure that the purchase order is completed from the delivery of production to the dispatch of the item to its destination.
(order status, delivery date, purchase, control and preparation of customer's shipping documents)
- Your communication skills to create and send to clients all the export documents necessary to complete the due process of nationalization for the items.
- Your customer focus orientation to inform the client of the "proof of delivery" to validate that the DOT was completed.
- Your Import coordination experience to ensure a clear communication with logistics, review proper
- With your coaching and communication skills you can create a great customer experience working with internal and external teams.
- You will be responsible for maintaining the traceability information of the order conversion, confirmation, order fulfilment / communication with clients, billing and proof of delivery (POD) through the company's CRM.
- You will be responsible for the billing as "ready to invoice" for all customers in the assigned sales division.
- Backlog, WIP maintenance and claims administration experience is necessary to create a better customer experience

The profile that fit with these duties is:
Bachelor´s degree, ideally with specialization or background in International Commerce and or Logistics

Knowledge of International transport processes
- Minimum 4 years of experience in positions with responsibilities for imports and exports to build strong customer relationships
- Knowledge of Incoterms, import and export procedures, national tariff regulations, INMEX program, logistic, Mexican invoicing.
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PP)
- English and Spanish language in advanced

- Non-Mexican citizen must have recent Mexican working visa
