DE C.V.****Solicita**:**Customer Service Profile****Descripción y Requisitos**- Address customer problems and solve them promptly and efficiently- Must be able to interact with a customer and instantly understand the context of their problem- CS needs to know how to escalate the issue to the appropriate internal team and follow up regularly for updates on progress- CS needs to take ownership of the issue and be the single point of contact for all queries regarding the troubleshooting procedure, expected resolution time, and updates on the process- CS must investigate all possible ways to solve the problem and quickly think of a solution.- Must have excellent listening and communication skills to understand what the customer really wants and will also need to be patient in handling conversations effectively, no matter the customer's skill level.- CS representative must be able to do several things at once without problems.- Meet the company's service level agreements.**Activities**- Keep the score with FORD above 90 points- Track and Trace customer orders to ensure delivery of products- Provide shipping information to customers- Preparation of reports, weekly, monthly, annually- Forecast review- Track order activity and alert appropriate personnel of any potential delivery issues.- Enters and confirms all customer requirements- Assist in office by keeping files organized and answering phones- Inventory management.- Follow ISO and TS16949 procedures.- Other duties as required.**Must Have**:- Experience working with FORD (at least 2 years)- MMOG / eDDL experience and acknowledgment- Ms- Office experience- Planning and organizational skills- High sense of responsibility- Communication skills in English / Spanish, spoken and written- Analytical and good Communication skills- Excellent Attitude and team work.- Proactive / Self initiated / Personally motivated.- Can work under pressure.- Bachelor degreePuesto: Servicio al cliente**Información Adicional**- Tipo de contrato: Permanente- Salario: Negociable- Pais: MEXICO- Estado o Region: Chihuahua- Ciudad: Ciudad Juarez
