- *WEEKLY PAY | $5 PER HOUR* *RESPONSIBILITIES:*
- Introduce products via outbound calls by addressing customer needs, communicating value, and building trust with prospective clients.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls, offering information and assistance regarding, coverage issues, customer complaints, and general inquiries.
- Provide recommendations to customers regarding new insurance policies, changes to existing policies and the claims process.
- Proactively engage with customers, addressing complaints with appropriate responses and alternatives, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products and go the extra mile to enhance customer interactions. *REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:*
- Minimum of one year experience in a customer-facing role handling calls, setting appointments, and providing customer support.
- Proficiency in Spanish and/or experience in the insurance service industry is a definite PLUS
- Excellent command of the English language and a collaborative team player.
- Self-learner, proactive, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Personal work equipment: Desktop computer with a camera or a laptop computer with WINDOWS Operating System (OS) and MS Office.
- USB noise-canceling headphones.
- Internet speed of at least 50 Mbps, with backup power and internet.
- Can work night shifts (Pacific Standard Time, USA).
