It is responsible for the fulfillment of customers' needs.Activities- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.- Work with internal departments to meet customers' needs.- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about the product, pricing, and availability.- Prepare product or service reports.- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.- Data entry in various platforms.- Answer questions about properties and terms.- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process to management.Schedule:**Monday- Friday 10am-7pm.
