Descripcin y Requisitos Customer Service Rep Hourly Qualifications:Bachelors degree Advance Microsoft office Advance knowledge of OTP, SFR, AWSD, backorders VISTA MAPICS English 70% Essentinctiollow up emaiom customers daily and provide answer in 24 hours or less Help customers with questions and provide responseregarding of expedite requests, cancellations, orders on hold, do not ship before request, ship date inquiries/changes, ship short request, change notice approval, replacement order, etc. Manage the Premium accounts Assist the production meetings to communicate any expedite orders Review the aging orders with planning department
