.Descripción y detalle de las actividadesPrimary responsibilities are providing outstanding Customer Service by resolving customer product issues over the telephone and ensure their experience is memorable. Also, as a team member you will be of support to the team's needs and assist in data entry and order management.- Enter sales orders through the company's ERP system.- Assist on the Inside Sales Promotions as part of the primary activities.- Resolve customer Product / Order issues in a courteous and professional matter, both outbound and inbound.- Serve as a first point of contact and escalate situations where you require support from Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing Plants, Finance and Carries.- Process returns goods requests, other service issues and any other adjustments for customers.- Coordinates shipping requirements with distribution centers.- Support on maintenance to the ERP System.- Learn about technical aspects of our products.- Think outside the box by proposing improvements to processes.- Maintain work documents updated.- Ability to provide excellent judgment in ambiguous situations and creative problem solving.- Act as backup for activities performed in other departments within customer service- Must meet and comply with department and company policies, procedures, objectives, and regulationsExperiência y requisitos**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**:- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English to communicate with external and internal customers, or other groups within the company in a professional way.- 1 - 2 years' experience in the areas of customer service, technical support, order entry and perhaps inside sales for customer within the United States.- Knowledgeable in MRP, ERP, EDI, CRM, Oracle, MS Office, and e-commerce platforms- Must have flexibility to work within a flexible schedule and different work schedules, may include weekends.- Ability to work in extended periods on the telephone helping customers, including customer follow up.- Initiative to identify issues and areas of need and implement solutions.- Excellent judgment in ambiguous situations and creative problem solving; capable of handling various projects or tasks at the same time (multitasker)- Require a high school or technical degree.- Coordinate sales effort with other departments**DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS**:- BS or BA degree in a technical or a related field- Possess working knowledge of Irrigation products, systems, and customers.- Ability in working with high end technical troubleshooting support groups.- Advanced computer skills- Leadership and project management skills- Able to work with Team objectives
