We are currently hiring new team members in Mexico for a customer service solution for a Storage Facility Company in the United States. We currently have 30+ agents working from home for them, so we know it's a very stable position. This is a remote job where you get to work from your home office permanently.Our client provides customer service for self-storage facilities in the US. Examples of calls would be giving facility info, reserving units, offering payment solutions, upselling to larger units, etc.The customer service team offers solutions, identifies opportunities, and serves thousands of customers - one at a time.As part of the team, you'll play a front-line role by impacting the customer's experience - from scheduling appointments, answering questions, and delivering great service.Primary Tasks:Effectively able to handle a continuous flow of inbound callsAccepting payments via phoneAssisting prospective customers and upselling servicesOffering customer support via Live Chat**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Work from HomePaid Training:- 5-day training class- VA will be shipped company phone equipment for set up to train and work from home.- Required to attend and finish Training Schedule.QUALIFICATIONS:- Excellent English skills (verbal and written)- 1 year of prior customer service experience in an English-speaking call center environment- 35+ WPM- Professional and friendly phone skills- Ability to work a flexible schedule- Ability to multi-task and use multiple software(s) concurrently- Friendly & empatheticREQUIRED EQUIPMENT:Laptop/ Desktop with i5 processor and 8GB RAM or higherHard wired internetSchedule notes:40 hours/week5 days/week with one weekend and one weekday off**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentPay: $115.00 - $125.00 per hour**Experience**:- Customer Service: 2 years (required)**Language**:- English (required)
