We are currently hiring new team members in Mexico for a customer service solution for a Storage Facility Company in the United States. We currently have 30+ agents working from home for them, so we know it's a very stable position. This is a remote job where you get to work from your home office permanently.Our client provides customer service for self-storage facilities in the US. Examples of calls would be giving facility info, reserving units, offering payment solutions, upselling to larger units, etc.The customer service team offers solutions, identifies opportunities, and serves thousands of customers - one at a time.As part of the team, you'll play a front-line role by impacting the customer's experience - from scheduling appointments, answering questions, and delivering great service.Primary Tasks:Effectively able to handle a continuous flow of inbound callsAccepting payments via phoneAssisting prospective customers and upselling services**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Work from HomeTraining:Once hired, you will be required to attend a 5- day training class.
