Customer Service Repesentative - Bilingual English

Our Client, a Community Management company (HOA) based in Texas, is looking for a Customer Service expert.- **Responsibilities**:_- Manage a diverse range of association-related calls, addressing inquiries, complaints, and problems with professionalism.- Verify caller identities to ensure proper resolution and routing.- Serve as a dedicated advocate for callers, ensuring satisfactory resolution of their concerns.- Document all interactions and contact information accurately, ensuring thorough notes and contact details for follow-up as needed.- Image post any written communications, received or sent, to the appropriate account.- **Requirements**:_- High School Diploma or equivalent.- Fluent communication in both English and Spanish (verbal and written)- Positive demeanor and exceptional phone etiquette.- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with adept problem-solving skills.- Must possess abilities to listen to others, express thoughts clearly, upholding honesty in all interactions.- Knowledge of Windows Operating System, MS Outlook, and MS Office apps.- Ability to work 40 hours a week following US time zone.- **PERKS**:_100% Payroll (Benefits of law)Superior benefits _after 6th month_:- Savings fund of 8%- 30-day Christmas bonus- US holidays PTO- Sick leave- Major Medical insurance- Location: Anywhere in Mexico (Fully remote opportunity!)- Able to work 40 hours per week (5 days a week, 8 hour shift, US Central time zone)Pay: $15,000.00 - $17,000.00 per month**Experience**:- Customer Service/Call center: 2 years (required)**Language**:- Advanced English (required)Work Location: Remote
