Customer Service Representative Agent

We're seeking a skilled **CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE AGENT** eager to advance professionally within our company. This role demands maintaining top-tier technical underwriting proficiency in their Line of Business (LOB) and upholding the highest standards of underwriting integrity. Responsibilities include shaping the underwriting approach by LOB, establishing standards and best practices, serving as a broker authority, fostering staff skill development, and upholding underwriting quality.

**Salary**: $10,000.00 - $14,000.00 per month plus competitive commission, commensurate with experience and skills.

This is a full-time position. Monday - Friday 8AM - 5PM
