Customer Service Representative And Departament

**Responsibilities**:- Offer recommendations on additional parts that customers may need, encouraging additional sales.- Verify and maintain warehouse inventory, ensuring it is always well stocked.- Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure that customer orders are processed and shipped in a timely manner.- Resolve issues related to orders, shipments and products, providing excellent customer service at all times.- Have good communication with suppliers, and continuously follow up on orders placed.**Requirements**:- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a warehouse or industrial sales and purchasing environment.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in English and Spanish.- English level: 80%.- Attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills.- Basic computer skills, excel and word, software skills for inventory and purchase order processing.- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.**We offer**:- Competitive salary.- Benefits of Law IMSS, Vacations, Aguinaldo.- A good working environment- Working from Monday to Friday.**Job Type**: PermanentPay: $18,000.00 - $25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
