.About the job Position Summary: The Customer Service Representative provides call center assistance to EY partners/employees, clients, and suppliers regarding transactions of a Finance nature. The Representative is responsible for providing accurate and timely resolution to all email and phone inquiries pertaining to travel expense claims, accounts payable inquiries, accounts receivable inquiries, and general ledger accounting inquiries. This individual's verbal and written communications must be handled in a diplomatic, confidential, tactful, and professional manner sometimes in challenging circumstances. The Customer Service Representative is a subject matter expert in department operations and Finance policies. Job Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent requiredSpecific knowledge of Finance & Accounting is preferredApproximately 0-7 years of related experience preferredCustomer Service Call Center experience preferred100% fluent in English in both written and verbal forms.
