Job Responsibilities & ExpectationsReceive and process moderate to complex customer orders from quote to delivery, inquiries and/or complaints covering items or products ordered.Maintain ongoing relationship with assigned customers and respective sales staff. Use knowledge of products, product availability, sales territories, and individual customers to provide a key communications link to the customer.Provide pricing, availability, and schedule information within established guidelines.Process orders through SAP.Process stock transfer orders.Update customer account files with customer information & order processing instructions when necessary.Track order activity, and alert appropriate staff of any potential delivery problems. Expedite delivery of orders as needed to meet customer deadlines.Interact with sales staff on a regular, defined basis; communicate with supplychain and production planning staff as needed.Communicate professionally, appropriately, and timely with internal and external customers. Respond to all customer inquiries within 24 hours.Research and obtain resolution of customer complaints and issues.Exercise judgment and discretion, and function independently within authorized limits.Prioritize your workload.Review your work for accuracy.Be proactive, not reactive.Be accountable. Mistakes are a learning opportunity. Proactively work towards resolving all issues.If you recognize issues within a work process, address them with the appropriate party if you cannot resolve them on your own.Constant and fluent communication with Kreston to deliver the invoices on time to the customers.Track Mexico collections and provide proper status of each invoice.QualificationsHigh School Diploma required. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred.A minimum of 2-5 years of customer service experience is preferred. Manufacturing company experience preferred.Preferred working knowledge of US trade compliance including import and export compliance, ITAR, NAFTA, Other free trade agreements, Made in the USA rules, Harmonized tariff rules.Must have excellent organizational and communication skills and strong detail orientation.Capable of handling multiple priorities and adapting to change with ease.Willing to take on additional tasks and work effectively on a team.Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel required, knowledge of Lotus Notes, AS400/PRMS, SYSPRO, SAP, and Intellichief preferred.Experience with Canada and Mexico customs and regulations preferred.Must be fluent in Spanish and English.#J-18808-Ljbffr
