Customer Service Representative

Job Description - Customer Service Representative (0097X6) Schneider Electric is looking for a Customer Service Representative in our Apodaca location.
Mission: Organize and manage processing operations of all incoming orders from customers, including international orders, catalog number verification, pricing, large order requirements, change orders, expediting, credit limit and promise dates.
Main Activities: Follow up Order Execution (EDI, delivery creation, shipment...): complete process from order entry to order shipment.Follow up portfolio & KPI's of service & Root Cause analysis.Report main KPIs (OTDS/C, CCL, BOL, NOR, LOQ...) to customers & participate in SIM.Ensure respect of SLA and customize as needed.Act as the SPOC for the customer to forward VOC to the internal team.Prepare set of documents requested by customer (Co's, Insurance Certificate, Proformas, export documents, etc.
).Ensure information flow: lead times, delays, stock availability, blockage at SO/material level, and any other logistics requests.Validate technical/sales orders.Follow up on urgencies/critical requests and returns/quality requests.Support to the CCC/BU.Propose and participate in new improvements.Participate in visits and/or consultations with customers and front offices to understand different logistics solution needs, priorities, and expectations per customer segment.
