Job Summary:Customer support accepts and processes purchase orders from customers and arranges the fulfillment of these purchases, from date of order through delivery of product. Additionally, authorization to ship the product is obtained by verifying the account receivable (AR) status of customers. Upon receipt of customer purchase orders, must verify all details are correct with Sales Management:A. pricing of itemsb. quantity of items orderedc. delivery locationd. billing addresse. delivery driver safety requirementsf. truck type to be used for shipping (flatbed trailer-open or enclosed trailer)g. customer receiving hours and days of operation,h. delivery instructions (such as "check in with security," bring 3 copies of bill of lading, etc.),j. payment method and payment terms,k. required delivery date.**Warehouse selection**:All customer orders have to be analyzed as to which warehouse the Company will select to ship its product to the customer.This is accomplished by:1.
