We want someone who likes being a part of a team that will feel supported as they advance their career.**Position Overview****Key Job Responsibilities**:- Setting up and documenting tickets to track customer interactions- Gathering information from customers- Troubleshooting**Desired Skills and Experience**:- Excellent communication (oral and written),- Interpersonal with a high attention to detail- Outgoing and team orientated- Able to work in a fast-paced environment- Self motivated- Ability to multitask- Willingness to continually learn and participate in on going training**Details**:- Full time contract- Starting salary is $12,000 pesos per month with potential for additional pay based on experience- Performance based salary increases- Work from home- Paid training- Sick days- Various 9 hours work shifts available from 5am to 5pm pacific time with a 1 hour break Monday to Friday only- Additional vacation or paid leave**Salary**: From $12,000.00 per monthWork Location: Remote
