We're looking for bright, driven, and passionate people to grow with us!**About the role**:**Responsibilities**:- Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller- Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each call- Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies- Impact the company's bottom line by problem solving and turning frustrated clients into repeat customer- Perform all other duties and responsibilities as required or requested in a timely and effective manner in accordance with established company policies to achieve overall objectives of this position**Qualifications**:- Must be 18 years of age or older- Must have prior customer service experience (1+ year minimum)- High school diploma/GED required- Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Proficient in data entry and computer skills- **Bonus!** Fluent in EspanolWe offer competitive pay rates, quarterly performance bonuses, and opportunities for career growth within our company.
