The Customer Service Inside Sales team provides value add by:Performing order entry functions/contract review functions, following SAP rules and guidelines.Entering all change orders and consulting with business units when the situation requires it.Submitting RMA authorization requests and entering SAP RMA once proper authorization has been received.Submitting quote requests in SAP/Legacy for customers.Requesting Marketing to generate Material master and Customer Information Records when P/N is not in SAP system.Monitoring EDI workflow box and correcting problems allowing orders to flow into SAP system.Providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries from reps and customers utilizing SAP system and factory support.Communicating critical customer information/requirements to business units.Working on Logistics Issues/Tracking/Document.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:Excellent communication skills in order to deal effectively with customers and company employees. Ability to concentrate and pay close attention to detail. Excellent organization skills in order to accurately process customer orders and handle daily workloads. Must be able to multi-task working with factory contacts in Marketing, Planning, Quality, etc. in the many business units associated with Vishay Americas. Excellent computer skills, Microsoft Office experience. Have the ability to understand and learn the numerous product lines that Vishay Americas currently is producing. Works to understand department objectives and responds well to feedback.EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:Professional with a bachelor's degree in administrative areas or engineering in areas related to electronics.1-3 years of experience in the electronics industry.Microsoft Office Products knowledge.#J-18808-Ljbffr
