Job SummaryWe are seeking a Senior Process Executive - CHD with 0 to 2 years of experience in Omnichannel Customer Service and Multi Channel Customer Service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service across various channels ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing to the overall success of our customer service operations.ResponsibilitiesHandle customer inquiries and complaints across multiple channels including phone, email, and chat.Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding products and services.Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of inquiries, complaints, and resolutions.Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and enhance the customer experience.Utilize omnichannel tools and technologies to manage customer interactions seamlessly.Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service best practices.Support the team in achieving key performance indicators and service level agreements.Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service operations by providing feedback and suggestions.Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all customer interactions.Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when dealing with customers and colleagues.QualificationsPossess strong communication skills both verbal and written.Demonstrate proficiency in using omnichannel customer service tools and technologies.Exhibit excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Show a customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service.Have the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Display strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.Be a team player with a collaborative approach to work.#J-18808-Ljbffr
