Customer Service RepresentativeSpecialist Production PlanningSpecific responsibilities of the position:Daily review of customer purchase orders, weekly, monthly and quarterlyEDI System ReviewNegotiation of shipping dates with the client, when these are within the lead time established in the commercial agreementsNegotiation of additional costs with the client, such as production shipping costs (overtime, normal time), materials shipping, etc.; associated with "drop In" orders and communicate, if necessary, support from the account manager.Daily review of follow-ups and reconciliation of late delivery orders (Past Due).Require meetings with the departments involved in the causes of the delay and obtain a recovery plan.Monitoring of the client's Returns of Materials (RMA), to ensure their correct disposition and ensure the correct solution of the problems that caused the return.Reconciliation of purchase orders if necessary and freight costs and/or material handling charges Scheduling shipments for each client according to their instructionsWeekly analysis of the sales forecast for the next 6 months (minimum 3 for clients who do not have a forecast)Preparation and analysis of MPS and S&OPBasic requirements: Industrial Engineering, International trade or related career2 years of experience in a similar positionKnowledge of the automotive industry, harness makers is a plus.English proficiency as a second language (C1)Knowledge on ERP, MRP, Inventory control, Value Chain, logistics, 5 Why'sAssertive communication skills, proactive, decision making and service attitudeNext Steps?
