Eaton's EPG CPD ICD Industrial Controls Division division is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative.**What you'll do**:**PRIMARY FUNCTION**:Maintains communication with internal and external clients in order requirements and situation.**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**:- Respond efficiently to customer requests ensuring give the correct answer in the shortest time possible on the status of the units or improving delivery dates or any other topic.- Keep track of priorities and dates of shipment, to ensure that the customer and the plant have the same date sent and accurately comply.- Check the availability of materials and ability to give more accurate information about any expediting and to comply with commitments to clients.- Check the progress of critical orders with the production department.- Report problems and delays for customers such as rescheduled on delivery dates, faulty unit, or material shortages affecting your order.- Solve problems sent either when the carrier needs information of our customers, contacts on the premises or approval of special delivery or when the customer requires proof of delivery options, shipping methods or facilitation of their shipments.LI-AR7**Qualifications**:**SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE**:- 80% of spoken and written English- Ability to plan and make decisions- Organization- Guidance 100% customer service- Full availability within and outside working hours- Schooling at medium or higher**Skills**:**ADDITIONAL INFORMATION**:- Self-directed to acquire the knowledge necessary for better performance from his post.- Contribute to the achievement of environmental objectives and targets.- Multi-skilled, multi-functional in other areas.- Decision making.- Able to work under pressure.- Ability to people.- Patience and emotional stability.- Full availability to activities outside of work-related curriculum.- Customer service orientation.- Sense of cooperation and participation.- Ability to give appropriate direction to the production department.- Sense of urgency.We are committed to ensuring equal employment opportunities for job applicants and employees.
