**SAGE AUTOMOTIVE INTERIOR****Solicita**:**CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE****Descripción y Requisitos****Objective**:Keep daily communication and coordination of shipments with customers and or their carriers, domestic or international to guarantee an excellent customer service and having internal communication with stakeholders including production plants to provide timely information for decision making.
**Main Activities**:- Daily communication and coordination of shipments with customers and / or their carriers, Customer Service, Production plants and shipping and/or warehouse personnel.- Report out weekly / daily on customer truck requirements.- Report out weekly on in-transit materials to receive of inter-plant deliveries.- Active participation in team meetings, training may require travel to other plants and in Lamination, warehouse and customer service.- Management of shipment documentation, customer doc dist., domestic and international.- Use of ERP system preferred - Jomar.- Able to function as a back-up CSR- Customer Service hours are GMT-5 may require working extra hours sporadically with rotating Saturdays.- Ability to work unsupervised/unaccompanied.- Management may provide additional responsibilities / assignments as needed.
**Job requirements**:- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Excellent interpersonal skills.- Ability to work in a team environment.- Self-starter- Demonstrated problem solving skills.- Organized, detailed oriented with ability to multitask.- Prior use or knowledge of ERP / MRP system helpful.- Working knowledge of courier services (FEDEX, UPS, DHL)- Working knowledge of international shipment requirements (exports)- Working knowledge of common carriers, cross docking, inbound logistics and outbound logistics**Education**:High School completed or 2 years university studies minimum, ideal bachelor's degree in business related field**Experience and Skills**:Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positionOffice intermediateExperienced managing ERP**Language Requirement**:EnglishMinimum intermediate, ability to maintain conversations in EnglishIdeal: Advanced**Other Requirements**:- Active participation in all aspects of Sage Automotive Interiors Safety program as it applies at the plant(s) and office(s).- Must conform to all Sage Company and Business Policies.Job Location:Ciudad Juarez, ChihuahuaWe believe a diverse workforce is crucial to our growth, we are equal opportunity employer.Puesto: Servicio al cliente**Información Adicional**- Tipo de contrato: Permanente- Salario: Negociable- Pais: MEXICO- Estado o Region: Chihuahua- Ciudad: Ciudad Juarez
