The best CSRs are genuinely excited to help customers.Responsibilities and Duties- Listen to customers' concerns, issues, and questions- Recommend possible products to meet the customers' needs- Refer issues and questions to managers when necessary- Prepare product and customer reports by gathering data collected during customer interactions- Help customers with their warranty, replacement or return claims needs and report them.- Handle and gather confidential information- Processing orders- Quoting ordersExperience- 1-2 years of experience- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters- Excellent communication and presentation skills- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively**Skills**:- Clear Communication Skills- Taking Responsibility- Problem solving skillsEducation- High school diploma or equivalentLanguage- English: 100% Written / 100% Spoken
