Customer Service Representative

Requirements: 1 to 2 years of customer service experience or experience as a customer service representative.High school certificate or equivalent.100% written / 100% spoken English.Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.Customer oriented and adaptable. Job Description: A Customer Service Representative will act as a liaison, provide product information, answer questions and resolve any emerging issues our customer accounts may face with accuracy and efficiency. Reports to: Customer Service Leader Duties: Listen to customer concerns, problems and questions.Attract customers by positively promoting the product and company, answering questions and addressing concerns as they arise.Recommend potential products to meet customer needs.Prepare product and customer reports by compiling data gathered during customer interactions.Assist customers with their warranty, replacement or return claim needs and inform them.Order processing.Quoting orders.
