MISSION:
Is in charge of managing orders, monitoring execution and treating customers' requests to meet service commitment and improve customer satisfaction
KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS
- Manage Order & delivery
- Monitor Exécution
- Manage Request
- Support sales
- Provides an excellent Customer Service.
- When needed support the teams by processing OSDs and Corrections.
- Follows Michelin's OSD and RGA forms and their process overview.
- The CSR will exceed the service level provided to give an amazing experience to the customer when contacting us.
- Suggests alternative solutions for efficiencies and improvement of the process.
- Shares best practices across North America Sales Admin function.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree.
- No prior experience required.
- Full English performance.
- Not required experience or internship experience.
- Skills: Communicating in an assertive manner, monitor execution, supporting and improving.
