The Customer Support Representative provides customer service to US Process Automation Division business units of Process Industries (PAPI), Energy (PAEN), and Measurement and Analytics (PAMA).
Engage internal customers and drive efficient services in various administrative areas like quote creation and order entry.
**This position reports to**:
Customer Support Manager
**Your responsibilities**:
- Performs order accuracy through preparation of quotes and orders within BOL and SAP.
- Ensures relevant processes, policies and procedures are correctly implemented and makes suggestions for continuous improvements.
- Oversees the delivery of services by external providers in line with SLAs (Service Level Agreements) for supported business units and report any shortcomings and areas for improvement.
**Your background**:
- Associates degree or Bachelor's degree.
- 2+ years of experience in customer service/order entry or a related field required.
- MS Office experience preferred.
- Previous experience in SAP and Salesforce (or similar CRM).
- Fluent in Spanish & English.
- Call center and/or chat customer services experince.
- An agile and proactive approach, with a demonstrated ability to take ownership of customer issues.
- Knowledge of principles and practices in customer service.
