Customer Service Representative

**PRIMARY JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Planning, execution and follow up of Transportation operation volume.
- Administration of shipments in TMS (Transportation Management System), verification of rates and updates.
- Customer service and key account management.
- Rate analysis.
- Participation in operational process improvement
- Updating TMS reports

**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND TASKS**
- Transportation coordination, tracking and communication with transportation lines
- Internal customer service, follow up of equipment coverage with Broker's
