Works with customers to overcome barriers to provide best in class customer support.About the job:- Provide order fulfillment.- Accurate and timely entry of customer purchase orders - approx 16/day- Accurate and timely entry of customer return requests - approx 4/day- Accurate and timely entry of customer sample requests - approx 3/day- Accurate and timely response to customer expedite inquiries.- Responsible for daily investigation and corrective actions of billing and delivery holds on orders and implement correction actions.- Practice and adhere to Lean Enterprise concepts.- Provide professional and accurate information to customer phone inquiries.
