Based in Bellingham, Washington, Logos also has operations in Chandler, Arizona, and Puebla, Mexico.About The Role:Customer Service Representatives are responsible for providing support to customers via phone and email, offering technical assistance and product information, and answering questions/doubts in an effective and professional way. This position interacts directly with customers and must always represent the company and its philosophy of service with the greatest integrity and professionalism. NOTE: This is NOT a remote position. The applicant must be able to work from our Puebla, Mexico office.Responsibilities:Provide exceptional customer service over the phone and via email.Assist customers by providing accurate product information and addressing questions or concerns in a helpful and professional manner.Troubleshoot technical problems, resolve billing disputes, or address product/service-related questions.Have a deep understanding of Logos' products or services to provide accurate information and assistance to customers.Identify root causes and provide solutions or escalate complex problems to higher-level support teams if necessary.Requirements:Excellent bilingual communication skills - both written and spoken.Customer care support experience.Computer savvy - be familiar with Windows, Mac, and Office applications.Management of hardware and software on computer and mobile devices.Ability to troubleshoot technical issues regarding program errors and search for solutions through online resources.Understand and be able to explain hardware and software terms to customers.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.Strong multi-tasking skills (typing, speaking, and listening).Benefits:Competitive Family Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance.3 company-paid holidays per year in addition to regular holidays.#J-18808-Ljbffr
