****Qualifications**:- Strong administrative assistance and executive administrative assistance skills- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills- Proficient clerical skills, including data entry and documentation- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion- Proficiency in Microsoft Office**Requirements**:- Fluent in spoken and written English (at least C1 level - Advanced English)- In-office position: Must live in Puerto Vallarta or nearby area- High School Diploma or Bachelor's degree- 6 months or more experience in similar positions- Proficiency in Microsoft Office**Key Responsibilities**:- Support the attorneys' administrative needs- Assist with legal documentation (no litigation)- Schedule and confirm appointments for US lawyers- Draft, proofread, and file or send legal documents- Provide updates to customers- Set and maintain appointments, as well as provide new leads**What We Offer**:- Base salary ranging from 13,000.00 to 15,000.00 pesos monthly, plus bonuses (depending on your English proficiency and skills)- Full legal benefits- Excellent growth opportunities- Referral program with a 5,000.00 pesos bonus- Monday to Friday, with a fixed 8-hour shift (no campaign work)- 100% paid and effective training!
