Due to our exponential growth in our Shared Services Center, we are looking for our next talented **Customer Service Representative.**

Abilities:

- Ability to resolve conflict in a professional manner?
- Providing resolutions to problems in a time-effective manner?
- Attention to detail?
- Ability to adapt?
- Problem-solving?

Activities:

- Cultivate and grow Client relationships
- Making outbound and taking inbound phone calls
- Provide effective resolution to Client issues on a consistent basis?
- Ensure that Clients are given the support that is needed daily?

Important:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat)?
- Ability to manage multiple operating systems?
- Ability with software systems
