Position Summary: We need a responsible, proactive and goals oriented person, to be able to provide an excellent service to each and every one of our customers, giving them the correct part, at the correct time and quantity.

Your Role: Handling customer requirements information. Harmonize customer needs against Aptiv interests. Customer Shipments Schedule & follow based on established routing instructions. Aptiv expedite freight coordination; on best time & cost. Critical part numbers follow. Effective care and communication with customer. Shipping discrepancies on material follow up. Validate and adjustment on customer requirements variation (increases & decreases). On time communication to manufacturing plants. Your Background: Education: Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Business Administration, Logistics, International Commerce. 2+ years' experience in automotive industry and logistics. 90% English (written and verbal). Basic knowledge in SAP, Microsoft Office (Preferably, intermediate to expert knowledge in Microsoft Excel). Preferred Qualifications: Problem solving skills. Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization. Ability to lead customer meetings, at all levels, independently. Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively in English and Spanish, both verbally and in writing. Strong results-orientation and execution characteristics. Ability to effectively organize, prioritize and accomplish multiple conflicting tasks, make intelligent, timely decisions and solve problems independently. Ability to work under pressure.
