.:Assure that Customer requirements are received properly into SAP. Analyze customer demand. Maintain 100% On time delivery & satisfaction while managing optimal inventory levels and leveraging plant resources working with the Master Scheduler. Make sure the effective planning is uploaded into SAP. Follow up shipments and keep a close contact with Customer.RESPONSIBILITIES:- Responsible to assure Customer requirements for current models and service parts are properly posted into SAP, in case any inconvenience or failures detected work with IT area in order to solve it. Escalate in case is necessary.- Keep Customer aware about increases and/or decreases on releases and inform immediate Supervisor and Manager.- In case requirements exceed capacity contracted (MPW), notify Materials Manager, PM and Sales.- Escalate when BW cannot meet Customer demand for current models and service parts.- Responsible to update necessary parameters for finish goods in the material master.- Responsible to analyze Customer demand, leveling production including service parts in block of 5 weeks in a daily basis and generate the forecast schedule for suppliers.- Generate and update Capacity files to inform future requirements for medium and long term, with the goal to take effective decisions about personnel, shifts and crews.- Daily contact with materials planners, production supervisor, materials supervisor to inform changes on schedules, making sure production plan is clear and understandable and inform about critical part numbers to be produced.- Define and follow the break points for new components that involves SOP/EOP of the projects and/or engineering change in order to avoid obsolescence or shortages.- Generate Premium Freight Authorization in case an expedite to Customer is necessary.- Escalate problems related to production, shipments to Customer, past due, official and unofficial complaints from Customer, ASN's problems and shipping discrepancies.- Follow up and participate into the Customer returns, making sure are properly recorded into SAP.- Monitor and follow up Customer returnable racks and alternative racks and escalate in case an interruption on production was detected. Audit the containers record into Customer Portals (if necessary).- Assure 100% Shipping delivery to Customer.- Responsible to follow up discrepancies in Finish Goods due to partial containers, missing reporting and engine TO's/HU's in assy lines or finish goods areas.- Update the shipping program in a daily basis for each Customer / Location, including Service Parts shipments.- Responsible to program and forecast on time service parts requirements.- Verify and confirm the ASN for Customer was transmitted on time and confirm into Customer Portals.- Generate the deliveries into SAP for Customer shipments.- Participate actively into the Engineering Changes meeting and track inventories in order to avoid obsolescence.- Keep effective and close communication with Customer
