Introduction We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Market Area Sales and Service Mexico team.
You will be responsible to perform all necessary functions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Primary activities include evaluation of customer inquiries and compatibility with Metso parts and services, coordination of an appropriate quotation considering price/margin/delivery, proposal follow up, support of outside sales efforts, sales order entry, order coordination, and order backlog management of orders until completion., you will report to the Manager, Customer Service This position is mainly located in Irapuato, Guanajuato MX.
Team you belong to: You will join a team of Customer Service experts committed to providing solutions to Sales Manager and Customers.
We work closely with internal stakeholders, such as Sale Account Managers and Technical Sales Support.

What you'll do: • Make an Impact: Provide effective service to end-users and sales managers by handling purchase orders, pricing requests, and technical queries with expertise and efficiency.• Lead with Quality: Ensure that customer inquiries and proposals are processed quickly and accurately, and manage sales order entry and coordination to meet customer expectations.• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Sales Managers, Account Managers, Purchasing, Engineering, and Production to ensure timely and cost-effective solutions for all customer needs.• Be a Problem Solver: Proactively address and resolve any customer concerns or challenges while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and customer service.• Promote Growth: Expedite proposals and coordinate activities with various departments to meet delivery requirements and customer timelines.
Who you are: • Customer-Centric: You understand the importance of delivering good service and be excited for making customers happy.• A Clear Communicator: You have high verbal and written communication skills and are able to articulate information clearly to both customers and internal teams.• Detail-Oriented: With your knowledge of engineering drawings, business transactions, and technical specifications, you're able to make informed decisions and provide accurate pricing, quotes, and solutions.• Adaptable & Solutions-Focused: You remain calm in a time-sensitive situation and can actively engage in problem-solving while balancing multiple priorities.• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and experience with SAP (SD and MM modules) is beneficial.
