We also offer specialized services including customized mail processing.**What You'll Do**:Initially, the Customer Service Representative will "learn the ropes" over a 3-month period with training and by working directly with clients to coordinate post sale activities, plus offering related service and support. After the initial period, the job functions are as follows:- Receive inbound calls to address and troubleshoot billing and service concerns.- Establish positive relationships and rapport with clients.- Follow "Client Success" procedures to ensure the longevity of our clients' accounts.- Learn phone systems, chat systems, CRM system and other tools and actively use, update and troubleshoot. Be proficient with computers and internet as this position spends workday on phone and internet.- Consistently read about the industry to improve overall knowledge.- Suggest and implement improvements to the existing processes.**Skills and Experience**:- Previous call center or customer service experience required.- Excellent communication and partnering skills. Must possess and professional and friendly attitude and be able to quickly develop a rapport with clients over the phone.- Bachelor's Degree required.- High degree of fluency in English with excellent oral and written communication skills.- Ability to learn and navigate new software quickly. Understanding and willingness to follow documented sales and services processes.- Strong work ethic and self-starter, able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced business environment.- Must possess and be able to demonstrate strong influencing and closing skills.- **Work Remotely: Hybrid work negotiable after 1 year of time working in the office**_**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, CommissionContract length: 12 months**Salary**: From $20,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
