.We are hiring a **Customer Service Representative **to provide the best in class customer experience to our Steelcase Store customers.**What you will be doing**:- Provide the best in class customer experience to our Steelcase Store customers by receiving approximately 50 calls per day (during the sales this number can increase)- On these calls you will be supporting customers by providing order status, inquiries, cancellations, changes, payments, refunds, quality issues, among others.- Address difficult calls from upset clients and turn the call around for a positive outcome- Always deliver quality customer service guided by our principals (Collaborate Anticipate Respond Empathize)- Analyze issues and determine a good solution to problems, following from start through the end resolution- Work on multiple customers/tasks simultaneously in an organized and consistent manner- Data Entry (order placement on SAP)- Order management and follow up- Work supportively in a team environment- Work independently and stay on track**Who You Are**:**Required Skills and Competencies**- High school degree required- 2-3 years minimum of experience in customer and client relations o equivalent experience in sales or customer support.- 100% written and oral English is a must- Use of any type of system to manage billings, orders, client information etc- SAP knowledge is a plus**Preferred Skills and Competencies**- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.- Being able to solve issues while on phone with customer- Prioritize work and be a highly organized self-starter.- Customer orientated with the ability to adapt and respond to various types of characters- Quick typing speed, familiarity with Outlook, Word and Excel- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities- Able to manage time and be self-motivated- Strong phone handling skills- Able to adapt to the changing business needs**Why people choose to work with us**:At Steelcase, we put people at the center of everything we do.
